Jen and Shiva first crossed paths at a leadership roundtable event in 2024. “It was a moment of instant connection, like friends at first sight.”
From that day forward, they consistently supported each other—inviting one another to events, expanding their networks, and exploring new spaces we may not have discovered on their own. One day, over coffee, they pondered: What if we brought this spirit of energy and generosity into our own community? This idea sparked the creation of Second Seat.
